Having been born & bred in Texas, we have been around great BBQ our entire lives. After moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2000 all we wanted to do was share our passion for quality smoked meats. Hoping to own our own restaurant someday, we not only cater, but are also a competition BBQ Team. We put our hearts and souls into making every experience a true southern experience.
